Overview

Comestri is a PIM, Channel Manager, and OMS platform offered as an e-commerce SaaS solution enabling integration between physical retail and digital commerce. Comestri’s Cloudinary Channel allows you to automatically import images from your Cloudinary product environment and sync them with your Comestri products.

Examples of the Comestri Cloudinary Channel features include:

  • Scheduling imports based on how often you add images to Cloudinary or enhance existing ones.
  • Setting up rules to specify URLs of images to import and to match your imported Cloudinary images with your Comestri products.
  • Transforming Cloudinary images you import into Comestri to enhance and optimize them.

Your Cloudinary images are hosted on Cloudinary, but once your Cloudinary images are loaded on Comestri, all the information you need for viewing and accessing them is stored on Comestri, including delivery URLs and tags.

Finally, you can deliver your images to the channels you choose, including Facebook, Ebay, and Shopify. Some of the information imported from Cloudinary along with your images may help you select the appropriate channels for delivery.

Note
By default, the Comestri Cloudinary Channel imports all assets in the Cloudinary product environment being accessed. To customize, you can set up rules specifying the URLs of the assets you want to import.
